Focus Money 'Company of the Year 2025'

This year, we were named Company of the Year 2025 by business magazine Focus Money and achieved the highest score of 100 points in the "Real Estate Agent" sector. On behalf of Deutschland Test, the Cologne-based analysis company ServiceValue evaluated several million mentions of around 13,000 companies. The areas of price-performance, customer trust, popularity and social responsibility were analyzed.

The KSV Holstein, commonly known as Holstein Kiel, is a registered sports club with about 3300 members from the capital of Schleswig-Holstein Kiel. Nationwide, the club is best known for its soccer department, whose first team belonged to the highest German division until the introduction of the Bundesliga in 1963. The club colors of the club popularly known as Die Störche are blue, white and red. The first men's soccer team has been playing in the Bundesliga since the 2024/25 season and plays its home games in the Holstein Stadium, which currently holds 15,034 spectators.
