My name is Nina Munsberg. I took over the branch in Osnabrück at the age of 30 and can now introduce myself to you as branch manager.
Taking over the branch was the next obvious step in my career after completing my business administration degree at the beginning of 2024. This allows me to pass on my extensive knowledge from the last nine years to our customers and my team in a new management position.
I have been able to see myself as part of the Von Poll family for a long time, especially as I already completed my training as a real estate agent and took my first steps in the real estate industry here.
I am particularly fascinated by the history of each individual property in my work. This means that all properties are individual and tailored to the needs of their residents.
I find it particularly important that you feel comfortable as our client, that you are highly valued and that you receive professional advice. It is essential to be open and honest with people. That's why I attach particular importance to good cooperation in our team and the professional training of every employee.
My colleagues appreciate my open ear and understanding nature. I like to take the time and use my experience to provide them with competent support and try to respond to their questions and needs with understanding.
I always find it exciting in my work when a problem - let's call it an obstacle - arises and I manage to negotiate it optimally for all parties.

I'm Patric and I've been part of the Von Poll Immobilien family since August 2024. I decided to train as a real estate agent at Von Poll Immobilien because I not only benefit from a good training concept with many opportunities and a great infrastructure, but also because our team in Osnabrück is characterized by fun and professional work!
Before my apprenticeship, I completed my A-levels at Oesede grammar school and was able to gain a good first impression of the world of real estate through various internships and vacation jobs with architects.
In my free time, I can be found on the soccer pitch, in whatever capacity. Whether as a spectator, referee, goalkeeper or, my favorite, as a coach. Here I can not only apply a lot of what I learn at work, but also learn a lot that I can use in my job! The only thing you sometimes have to suppress is the shouting in everyday working life...
I dedicate my time to our youth club in Hagen as a group leader if I still have time.
I am said to be inquisitive and committed. At least I was quickly given larger and important tasks. This is probably a good sign of my competence and reliability.

My name is Lara, I was born in 2001 and grew up in Lotte. I discovered my passion for sport at an early age and played tennis in Westerkappeln for years. I'm also active on vacation - whether it's beach tennis or beach volleyball, I love to get moving and take on new challenges.
In my career, I initially started training as a bank clerk, but quickly realized that I was much more fascinated by the real estate sector. That's why I continued my education and completed my degree in real estate management. In addition to school and my training, I was always hard-working and had part-time jobs in the catering trade or - as is currently the case - in letting apartments. I've always loved the contact with people, new tasks and variety.
I moved out when I was 18 and learned to be independent at an early age. This experience has shaped me - I am ambitious, reliable and place great value on honesty. My friends and family appreciate me for my amiable and open nature. My sister says: "She is incredibly determined and always knows exactly how to achieve her goals. She often goes about it with a remarkable tenacity that shows not only her strength but also her determination. No matter what she sets out to do, she is not easily dissuaded."
In addition to my professional passion for real estate, I have a creative side: I love redesigning and decorating rooms. Whether I'm repainting furniture or spontaneously rearranging the living room on a Sunday evening, I enjoy constantly redesigning my surroundings. "Even when it comes to solving problems, she always has a creative idea at the ready. She's a real problem solver and impresses with her ingenuity." Quote from my sister.
However, my friend had the best words: "Lara not only has specialist knowledge and ambition, but also an eye for the big picture. With her interest in real estate and a feel for developments, she is always well informed. Sporty and agile, she tackles challenges with energy and likes to think outside the box. For her, humor is just as much a part of everyday life as determination - because those who enjoy what they do achieve the best results."
