The VON POLL FINANCE head office in Frankfurt is looking for a Recruiting Assistant (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Are you communicative and do you enjoy inspiring people for exciting positions? Your profile
- Ideally, you have some experience in recruiting or HR management.
- You have a digital affinity and are very familiar with social media.
- You have strong communication and organizational skills.
- You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working.

Your tasks
- You will be responsible for supporting the recruiting manager in recruiting new candidates for the VON POLL FINANCE system.
- You will be responsible for the initial approach of and initial contact with eligible candidates.
- You will organize online and face-to-face appointments and prepare them accordingly.
- You will support the internal onboarding process of new colleagues.
